Help on Sandra’s Education

Sandra and her family is going through very tough times, with her dad’s surgery just getting over, her education discontinued due to lack of funds, and her mother being recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer. MicroCharity helped Sandra’s dad with his laprotomy follow-up surgery last month. Read more about it here.

Sandra completed her 10th with 65% marks in spite of having missed many classes due to her father’s surgery. The admissions for 11th and 12th (+2) is going on, but they have not been able to get the admission due to lack of funds. The classes will start on June 16th, and the fee for the entire year is Rs. 15,000. MicroCharity team decided to help this family once again by raising funds for Sandra’s education.

Fund Raising is closed for this cause. We have raised Rs 15,000 from 9 micro donations in a day. We will paying the fee directly to school shortly.
June 12, 2015 - Fund Raising for the year 2015-16 (MCID-110-15-16)
Sandra completed 11th successfully and scored 70%. Special thanks for all donors who contributed to paying her school fee. She is now going to 12th standard and the fee is Rs.18,000. Since Sandra’s dad is not able to work yet, they need our help in completing her education.

July 09, 2016 - Fund Raising for the year 2016-17 (MCID-113-16-17)
We are with Sandra helping her fulfill her dreams for a good career. She completed her 12th standard with 77% marks and wants to do BCom and then CA. She has got admissions for BCom at JGND Bharatesh College of Commerce in Belagavi, Karnataka. The fee for the first year is Rs 11,500 and her family requested for help from MicroCharity in paying her college fee.

Simon, her father is still not able to do any laborious work after his surgery. He has to get one more surgery done, which he is refusing to do since he had so much trouble for 7-8 months after his previous surgery. The family needs our support in completing Sandra’s education.

July 19, 2017- Fund Raising for the year 2017-18 (MCID-111-17-18)
Sandra completed 1st year of BCom with 69% marks. MicroCharity continues to support her education due to the difficult family conditions. Fee for 2nd year is Rs.12,000.

July 10, 2018 - Dharward, Karnataka (MCID-115-18-19)
Sandra is doing well in her studies, scoring 70% in 3rd and 4th semester. Total fee for 3rd year BCom comes to Rs. 12,000. Her family is not able to support her education due to their medical expenses. We have been supporting Sandra for 4 years now with your help.
