House Construction for Rajan

Rajan and his family need our help in completing their house construction. The family consisting of him, his wife and 2 daughters is staying in a tent inside their half-constructed house. Rajan was an electrician by profession. One year back, he fell from the roof of a house where he was working and was paralyzed.
Their house was under construction at the time of this tragedy, and almost completed except for the roofing. The family ended up spending whatever money they had for Rajan’s treatment. Now that his income has stopped completely, his wife started working as an LIC agent, which is their only income now. The elder daughter is doing PG and younger daughter is doing a graduation course. The family is struggling with educational and medical expenses in addition to their daily needs, leaving little money for completing their house construction. The safety of their current house is also of concern with young girls at home.

They approached the Panchayat for help, but that didn’t help since the house is already half-constructed. So they approached MicroCharity for financial support.

MicroCharity approves fund request of Rs.75,000.

Fund raising closed for this cause. Rs.75,000 is raised from 20 micro donations in 22 days. We will be buying house construction materials and passing to Rajan & Family
