Help for Kidney Transplantation

Bijimol, is fighting her battle for survival after both her kidneys failed this year. Prior to be being diagnosed with kidney failure, she was working as an accountant at a small tax consultant firm in Kattappana, Kerala. Her husband is running a small shop, the income from which helps in meeting their very basic needs.

They already sold their property to meet expenses for Bijimol’s ongoing treatment. She is now trying for a kidney transplantation surgery, scheduled for 18 February, 2015 at Aster Medicity Cochin, under the supervision of Chief Nephrologist Dr.Narayanan Unni. Bijimol’s husband is the donor. The total cost for the surgery comes to Rs.10 lakhs. Well-wishers and friends have together collected Rs.7 lakhs, and they are now short of Rs.3 lakhs.

MicroCharity approves fund request of Rs.1,00,000 for the transplantation surgery.Since the surgery is scheduled on 18th Feb, 2015 we need to raise this amount very quickly in next few days.
