Fee for a meritorious student to continue Engineering Course

Nagarathna is a meritorious student throughout her schooling days. Nagarathna passed her SSLC with 81.92% of marks and her PUC with 76%. She appeared for the CET and got Govt. quota admission for Engineering in KS Institute of Technology, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore. The government fee is Rs. 38, 500/- which she has to pay by July 30, 2012. Her seat in the college was confirmed by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) only on July 25th. If she fails to pay the fees by July 30, she will loose the seat. She is looking for support from people of goodwill to support her to do her Engineering which will be a great dream come true.
Her father is trying to raise about Rs. 10,000 (which has to be through money lender with high interest) and few other good hearted people have promised about Rs. 15,000. She requested Rs. 13,500 from MicroCharity.

She has to pay the second year fee of Rs. 58,000 soon; the government fee of Rs. 38,500 and the college fee of Rs. 19,500. MicroCharity is continuing to support her with the government fee of Rs. 38,500.

MicroCharity approves fund request for Rs.55,000.

Total fee for this year comes to Rs.63,000, out of which her father has promised to arrange Rs.10,000. So we decided to raise Rs.53,000 which has to be done on a war-footing so that it can be passed on to her college before the classes resume.
MicroCharity approves fund request of Rs.53,000.

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting her studies! This would not have been possible without you. Thank you!
