The family lives in the coastal area of Alapuzha in a temporary shed made of wooden planks, covered with tarpaulin. They’ve been struggling in this single room structure for the past 4 years, unable to complete the house. Now, the priests at Holy Trinity Ashram have promised to help with doors and windows for the house. The Trinitarian fathers, as part of their mission, are encouraging the children to come, even if their parents cannot afford the school fee. Total expenses for one child per year comes to Rs. 10,000 including admission fee, monthly fee, books, and uniform. But there are many parents who cannot afford this amount.
So the priests reached out to MicroCharity for financial assistance in sponsoring 5 children. We appeal to our donors to help us in this cause, so that the children can start attending school.
