College fee for Priyanka

Priyanka needs our financial assistance in completing her B.Com course, so that she can support her family struggling with her father’s illness. She lives at Malleshwaram, Bangalore with her father and mother. She also has an older sister, who is married.

Priyanka’s father was running a small electrical repair shop. 3 months back, he suffered from a stroke and was paralyzed from hip down. He is currently under treatment in St. Johns hospital. Priyanka’s dad’s illness along with the expenses for his treatment has put the family in a dire financial situation. And they have been able to pay the fee for Priyanka’s second year B.Com course. Total fee is Rs. 44,000, half of which will be raised by them.

MicroCharity approves fund request of Rs. 25,000.

Fund raising has closed for this cause. Rs. 25,000 is raised from 8 micro donations in 3 days. We will be paying the fee directly to college shortly.
