Cancer treatment for Baby Alex

Sajith and his family has been going through one crisis after the other. Sajith’s three year old son has Acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and is on treatment at Lakeshore Hospital, Kochi from December, 2014. Sajith was running a business that offered repairing services for granite stone cutting machines, in Bangalore. When many granite businesses closed down during a recession period for the industry, he incurred a huge loss and had to shut down his business.

They relocated to Kottayam, Kerala and was actively looking for a new job or venture, when tragedy struck them again in the form of cancer for his son, Alex. Alex needs 5 courses of chemotherapy, the first 2 are completed and three more are yet to be done. Lakeshore has given an approximate cost of 8 lakhs for the full treatment. Friends and well-wishers collected approximately 2.5 lakhs, but they are struggling to find more funds.

Fund Raising closed for this cause. Rs. 1,00,000 is raised from 20 Micro Donations in 2 days. We have already paid advance amount to Hospital and rest of the amount will be transferred to hospital once baby Alex completes current course of treatments in a week.
