MicroCharity is proud to join hands with JCI Nalukody, Kerala in their charitable initiatives. JCI would be referring causes which would be listed on the MicroCharity website. Donations would be collected from JCI members as well as donors at MicroCharity and transferred towards these causes. We look forward to a fruitful association with JCI in the coming years.

JCI ( Junior Chamber International) is the world’s leading network of young active citizens with presence across 100 countries as 5000 local organizations. JCI seeks to empower young citizens to become leaders of positive change. ‘Service to humanity is the best work of life’ is one of the tenets of JCI Creed, and all Jaycees give importance to value of giving and service to the society.

JCI Nalukody has been representing the spirit of Jaycees since 2010. JCI Nalukody has had its focus on the spirit of giving and has undertaken various charity projects such as Palliative care, Support of Institutions such as Thiruhrudhya Nivas for Autistic Children, providing technical and monetary support for reconstruction of homes of the underprivileged, financial support for education of underprivileged students, financial support for marriages and more.

We have also tried to become agents of positive change in our society by taking up and successfully executing ambitious projects such as Plastic recycling at Nalukody, pushing the agenda of developing Nalukody as a ‘SMART JUNCTION’. We have designed and installed modern bus waiting shelters at strategic points in Nalukody. Over and above, we have been actively supporting the Govt UP School Paippad and St Joseph’s Girls Higher Secondary school monetarily through infrastructure support, trainings, and scholarships.

JCI Nalukody is always on the lookout for opportunities to bring in positive change in the region around Nalukody in Kottayam District and to be an inspiration for other like-minded organisations.
